Client ProcessingThe system responsible for handling client transactions, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition
DealThe commercial agreement, expressed as a set of contract clauses, that monetizes one or more engagements
Deal EngineA backend service that allows storage of and computation against the terms of agency financial transactions as they evolve through the sales cycle
Departmental SystemsSystems used by various departments to manage their relationships and activities with clients, such as CRM systems, project management tools, and other specialized software
EngagementA specific instance of work or service provided to a client, often linked to an opportunity
OpportunityA potential deal or project that the agency is pursuing with a client
ProjectA work being created outside the agency (film, TV series, podcast, tour, brand campaign)
