| Departmental Systems | Systems used by various departments to manage their relationships and activities with clients, such as CRM systems, project management tools, and other specialized software. |
| Client Processing | The system responsible for handling client transactions, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition. |
| Engagement | A specific instance of work or service provided to a client, often linked to an opportunity. |
| Opportunity | A potential deal or project that the agency is pursuing with a client. |
| Project | A work being created outside the agency (film, TV series, podcast, tour, brand campaign). |
| Deal | The commercial agreement, expressed as a set of contract terms, that monetizes one or more engagements, containing fees, bonuses, backend, participating clients, and commission parameters. |
| Deal Engine | A backend service that allows storage of and computation against the terms of agency financial transactions as they evolve through the sales cycle. |
