After the initial Opal/NetSuite stabilization project, an effort was undertaken to better define the scope and benefits of fully replacing Opal with a more complete solution. This effort, completed in December 2024, culminated in definition of the Client Framework, a greenfield development project to address many needs across UTA. The Client Framework was presented to the Audit Committee who approved initiation of a detailed scoping phase that was completed in June 2025.

The Client Processing Overview document provides the background and justification for the Client Framework and briefly describes its scope. This document provides details on anticipated benefits and valuable background.

The Client Processing Phase 2 Scope Appendices contains detailed requirements that were developed in fall 2024. The context for these requirements was an ideal state using existing Opal/NetSuite and not a greenfield development. These provided the starting point for further development of the Client Framework, in particular Client Processing.
